Standard dose: 1 pinch per day with a meal. Dissolve the powder in a glass of water.

Does not contain: Soy, Gluten, Milk (including lactose), Preservatives, Synthetic fragrances, colors and flavors, Yeast

Warnings: Use during pregnancy or lactation is not recommended. Not recommended for patients with schizophrenia or psychosis, for diabetics or those taking anticoagulants or monoamine oxidase inhibitors. Excessive consumption can have a laxative effect.
