Standard dose: Week 1: 2 to 3 x 5 drops per day. Week 2: 2 to 3 x 10 drops per day. Week 3: 2 to 3 x 20 drops per day. Tip to make the drop counter run better in the beginning: Hold the bottle at an angle and tap the bottom of the bottle with your finger until a drop falls and air enters the bottle. Then the drops start to come out of the bottle with a fixed rhythm.
