Do you want to return a product? You can do so within 14 days, provided certain conditions are met. Follow the steps below to correctly process your return.

Did we make a mistake with your order?

Follow these steps if you suspect an error has occurred:

  1. Inform us within 7 days of receiving your order via our contact form or send an email to info@omnisup.be.
  2. We will send you a return label for free return shipping.
  3. Ensure that the products remain undamaged, clean, and unopened in their original packaging.
  4. Include a copy of the invoice in the package.
  5. Use the return label to send the products back to us free of charge.

Did you make a mistake when ordering?

If you ordered an incorrect product or an wrong quantity, please follow these steps:

  1. Let us know what went wrong within 7 days of receiving your order via our contact form or info@omnisup.be.
  2. Ensure that the products are undamaged, clean, and unopened, and keep them in their original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of the invoice in the package.
  4. Send the products at your own expense to the following address:

Important return conditions

Please note that products cannot be returned if:

  • The packaging has been opened or the safety seal is broken.
  • The expiry date has passed.
  • The label is damaged or written on.

Refund

Once your return has been approved and all conditions have been met, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Only the value of the returned products will be reimbursed. Shipping costs incurred by us to deliver your order to you will not be refunded. The refund will always be made by bank transfer to the provided current account.
