Shipping Policy
At Omnisup.be, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. As a customer-focused and small-scale company, we work hard to keep our service as efficient as possible, but it may take a little longer for your order to reach you.
Processing your order
- Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Processing: We start preparing your order immediately. As we are not a large company with an automated warehouse, processing can sometimes take a little longer.
- Ready for shipment: Once your order is ready, we hand it over to one of our reliable transport companies, BPost and DPD.
Rates
- Belgium: 8 euros
- Netherlands:Â 10 euros
- Germany:Â 10 euros

Poland: 20 euros
Depending on the value of the order, we will cover the shipping costs.
Shipping time
The shipping time depends on the transport company and your location. Generally, you can expect a delivery time of 1 to 5 business days. Please note that delays may occur, for example during busy periods or holidays.
What if it takes longer?
We understand that it can be annoying if you have to wait a little longer for your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us via our contact form or send an email to info@omnisup.be. We do our utmost to help you as quickly as possible.
Important to know
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Shipments are made on business days (Monday to Friday).
- You will receive a track and trace code once your package has been shipped, so you can follow the delivery.
