Standard dose: Start with 2 to 3 x 5 drops per day, then gradually increase to 2 to 3 x 20 drops per day. Tip to make the drop counter run better in the beginning: Hold the bottle at an angle and tap the bottom of the bottle with your finger until a drop falls and air enters the bottle. Then the drops start to come out of the bottle with a fixed rhythm.

Side effects: Symbioflor 2 is generally well tolerated. At the start of treatment, meteorism, flatulence and mild stomach discomfort may occur. These complaints disappear on their own. Reduce the dose a little if necessary.
