Warnings: Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Side effects: Due to the stimulating effect of Acetyl-L-Carnitine on mental energy, it is advisable not to take the capsules in the evening. At doses of more than 3 grams per day, a 'fishy' body odor can occur.
