Composition per tablet: Active folate (as glucosamine salt of 5-methyl-tetrahydrofolate, Quatrefolic®), 400 mcg RI 200%, Active vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin/dibencozide) 7.5 mcg RI 300%

Unless otherwise recommended, take one tablet daily during or immediately after a meal. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
