This preparation of plantain seed coats, ie psyllium husks, is mixed with water to form a thick gel that forms a protective layer on the walls of the large intestine. The preparations can absorb up to sixty times their volume in water and thus increase the gel volume in mass, moisture content and acidity of the faecal bolus. Laboratoires Fenioux proposes Fibro-Mucilage, a powdered dietary supplement based on plantain seed coats that contributes to intestinal transit and helps to keep the intestines in good health.

Ingredients

3.65 gr ispaghul (= plantain seed coats), 1.09g guar gum. grapefruit aroma, filling: corn starch, saccharosa and soy. Contains allergens (soy).

Instructions

2 sachets per day for 10 days. Dilute one bag in a glass of water 10 minutes before the meal of your choice. Then 1 sachet per day for 20 days.
