Enterococcus faecalis

Standard dose: 3 times 30 drops per day before meals + 2 x 5 drops in each nostril. Tip to make the drop counter run better in the beginning: Hold the bottle at an angle and tap the bottom of the bottle with your finger until a drop falls and air enters the bottle. Then the drops start to come out of the bottle with a fixed rhythm.

Does not contain: Soy, Lupine, Sugar, Preservatives, Synthetic fragrances, colors and flavors

Side effects: Symbioflor 1 is generally well tolerated. Occasionally dry mouth, mild headache or stomach pain may occur. It is better to lower the dose, not stop it.
