Composition per tablespoon (à 8.0 ml): Fish oil (Omega-3) 600 mg, EPA100 mg, DHA500 mgCholine (as choline bitartrate) 82.5 mg, Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) (400 IE) 10 mcg RI 200%

Unless otherwise recommended, take one tablespoon daily during or immediately after a meal. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Does not contain: gelatin, GMO, yeast, gluten, lactose, corn, soy, synthetic colors, flavors and fragrances, added sucrose

Warnings: Excessive consumption can have a laxative effect. Not suitable for children under 3 years old. Shake before use. Keep refrigerated after opening. Shelf life six weeks after opening.
